Remittances by Jordanian expats continue to rise for 6th consecutive month

Jordan’s central bank has said remittances by Jordanian expatriate climbed for the sixth month in a row this year reaching 3.1% at the end of June to $1.85bn, compared with $1.794bn during the same period last year, Jordan Times has reported. In June, the remittances rose by 0.5% to $359m, the apex lender said.
