International property agent Chestertons will unveil its luxury development project, The Landau, at an exhibition in Emirates Towers from September 11 to 13.

The $223.5 million premium project by Mount Anvil, a specialist residential property developer from London, and Affinity Sutton, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England, is a boutique collection of 89 apartments in the heart of Fulham.

“Fulham is a highly desirable place to live and the project offers boutique village-style living right in its heart. We’re expecting these stunning homes to be in high demand among UAE investors,” says Samuel Warren, director of international residential developments at Chestertons, in a press statement.

Scheduled for completion by spring 2015, the prices start at approximately $1.5m.

“The green spaces of the Fulham Palace and the Brompton Park, along with designer shops in the Fulham Village make The Landau an ideal destination for Middle Eastern property investors,” adds Jon Hall, sales and marketing director at Mount Anvil.

Ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to penthouses, each unit will have private outdoor space, along with kitchens fitted with Miele appliances and engineered Caesarstone quartz worktops. Residents will also have access to a 24-hour concierge, private lounge and a fitness centre.

With the annual price growth of the property market in prime London areas estimated to grow at 47.6 per cent over the next five years, according to Faisal Khokhar, associated director and head of Mena sales at Chestertons, now is the ideal time for UAE investors to tap into the London market.

“With this launch, we aim to address the growing needs of UAE investors and offer them the best of amenities and a great lifestyle. We are sure that this project will be of great interest to more property investors when we launch it later across the Middle East,” says Warren.

With the Dubai Property Show taking place in London next year, aiming to attract British investors to tap into the UAE property market, and Chestertons hosting an event in the emirate to attract UAE-based property buyers to the UK, a strong partnership is definitely brewing between the two cosmopolitan cities.
