Young families from all across the world are landing in Oman at a record rate with the dream of making the Jewel of Arabia their forever home. As a result, the Sultanate’s young population is becoming increasingly urbanized – a trend which is driving the development of smaller-sized, affordable residential units that provide young families with the best quality of living.

Not only are young homeowners looking for a sense of dynamic community living in developments that offers easy access, plenty of amenities and facilities, as well as open spaces and greenery, but they want to be able to raise their families in homes that seamlessly blend contemporary style with traditional elements of the Omani culture and landscape.

Al Mouj Muscat, Oman’s first and largest Integrated Tourism Complex, is introducing three-bedroom townhouses within its unique project, Ghadeer Parks; a concept that perfectly encapsulates the idea of residential living around parks, open space, water features, trails and pathways that integrate and connect with the development’s amenities.

The Oxford Business Group explains, “Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITCs) are a key magnet for investment in the real estate sector. ITCs are zoned areas that allow foreign nationals to own property on a freehold basis, and mostly also grant investors two-year visas, renewable on application. Generally, only leaseholds are available to non-Omanis.”

Designed to suit growing families, buyers at Ghadeer Parks can experience community living in contemporary townhouses, surrounded by open-plan courtyards, green parks, and lush gardens. Located on the western entry of Al Mouj Muscat, Oman’s flourishing cosmopolitan waterfront community, the project has been carefully designed to retain the natural Omani charm with Omani trees and the Falaj water system integrated into the design.

Beyond the community’s boundaries, residents also have access to world-class amenities at Al Mouj Muscat including Al Mouj Golf, Al Mouj Marina, luxury hotels, as well as The Walk with over 70 shopping and dining outlets.
