Mercedes-Benz wins 2 recognitions at this year’s Middle East Awards
Emirates Motor Company – Passenger Cars (EMC-PC) and Al Fahim company distributes and services all Mercedes-Benz vehicles, from luxury saloons to the enormous trucks, and provides Mercedes-Benz qualified service with the high and consistent availability of genuine parts.
EMC-PC claimed two of the most prestigious titles at this year’s Mercedes-Benz Middle East Cars Awards.
The Abu Dhabi-based company faced fierce competition from distributors located across the region, but the two crucial awards were rewarded for another successful year.
An easy win for Mercedez
At the 2018 edition of the annual Middle East Cars Awards, the judges listed several reasons for choosing EMC-PC, including great brand impact and exposure, reach of new customer base and generating leads bringing in new prospects as well as car sales.
In the ‘Customer Experience’ category the judges were impressed by EMC-PC’s excellent AMG car range which was uniquely displayed at the pit garage at Yas Marina Circuit.
One of the most important nights of the year for the luxury automobile marque’s regional operations, the event rewards the excellent work carried out by staff at all levels across the extensive Mercedes-Benz network.
The authorized distributor of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars in Abu Dhabi was presented with the highly coveted award for ‘Best Lead Generation and Conversion in Campaign 2017’ and ‘Best Customer Experience in 2017.’

EMC-PC provides customers the chance to try out different driving experiences on the race track like track driving, drag racing and dynamic driving (Autocross), and the customer experience related to the new Mercedes-AMG 43 range.
