Facebook has said the number of users logging on the social networking website through PCs is expected to see a global drop, especially from the US and other developed markets of Europe and Asia, PTI has reported. Meanwhile, future growth will come from mobile, Facebook said, helped by more and more users in emerging markets logging on the social networking site through their handheld devices. “We anticipate the rate of growth in mobile usage will continue to be the primary driver of our user growth for the foreseeable future and that usage through PCs may be flat or decline worldwide, including in key markets such as the United States and other developed markets in Europe and Asia,” Facebook said.
