FutureCard, the sole UAE-based manufacturer of full card solutions for the regional banking sector, is participating at the 5th Annual World Cards & Payment Summit 2014, which is being held on February 10-12 in Dubai. The global leader in card security, acceptance, rewards and technology is the only card manufacturer exhibiting at the summit, which examines trends and developments in the global card and payment industry.

“The 5th Annual World Cards & Payment Summit is an important industry platform in an era where card and payment options are becoming increasingly diverse, said Ayhan Yalcintas, CEO, FutureCard. “In this evolving age, non-banking entities are proving to be as successful as traditional financial institutions in offering products and services and in reaching customers through the provision of alternative payment methods. Card options are an integral component of these new offerings and that is where FutureCard comes in,” he added.

Among the services that FutureCard will be demonstrating at the international summit, which is being held at the Dusit Thani, Sheik Zayed Road Hotel, are its next generation security offerings for the global card industry, including ID cards, government cards, telecom cards and commercial cards. The organisation’s solutions will be set against a conference backdrop that analyses quality service provision, delivery of best loyalty deals and the combining up-to-date technology with innovation.

Among the issues being discussed at the three-day event will be macro trends for the global payments industry, customised loyalty programmes for consumers, mobile money transfer developments and remodelling the credit card business strategy. FutureCard will be leveraging the platform to demonstrate how its state-of-the-art services can benefit banks, governments, telecom operators and commercial institutions through the provision of smart offerings.

FutureCard manufactures all types of cards, from basic plastic to advanced smart card, with its full solutions offerings including a unique in-house card personalisation service.
