St Tropez Bistro Mall of the Emirates, the latest addition to Dubai’s bustling restaurant and bar scene, invites customers to a unique dining experience with the launch of the new steak ‘On the Rocks’ concept.

The St Tropez stone cooking method encourages customers to take a more interactive role in the cooking experience, and cook their steak just how they like it, as it sizzles on a volcanic stone right in front of their eyes. This unique dining experience is sure to be an interesting table talking point, while guests show off their cooking skills in front of family and friends.

This unique stone method is recognised as one of the healthiest methods of cooking, using no added fats or oils. Steaks of all cuts can be cooked on the super-heated volcanic stone plate which reaches peak temperature of 400 degrees Celsius after 12 hours in a special stone oven. The result is a tender, mouthwatering steak that retains all the natural juices and flavours often lost in the traditional serving method as the meat is transferred to the plate.

Designed to enhance the full tenderness of St Tropez Bistro’s gourmet cuts, the stone can be used with the entire range of meats from Angus Sirloin and Ribeye, to prime Wagyu Filet. All grilled items are available on the lunch and dinner menus, and are served with a choice of side dish and sauce.
