Award winning UAE-grown restaurant chain MORE Café has opened its first outlet in Abu Dhabi, at Marina Mall.

Covering a space of 316 square meters, set to accommodate over 120 customers, the restaurant offers patrons a relaxed, friendly environment where they can enjoy menu choices from an extensive selection of modern and international dishes, served in a way that is uniquely MORE.

The open kitchen, communal and hanging tables, art displays, open spaces, use of the signature purple hue and friendly team all contribute to the warm ambience and overall experience of this popular restaurant.

MORE Café opened its doors in 2002 and currently has 3 outlets in Dubai, including MORE Al Murooj Complex, MORE Gold and Diamond Park and MORE DIFC. The concept is the brainchild of a Dutch partnership whose combined experiences expand more than 60 years of international exposure within a multi-faceted range of different hospitality environments. The concept mirrors the fruition of this partnership’s creativity, passion and awareness for understanding sustainable food trends within an aesthetically balanced and comfortable interior. This gives MORE Café its appeal and identity.

MORE uses the freshest ingredients, roasts its own coffees, bakes its own breads and pastries and produces the pastas, jams, dressings, chutneys and ice creams on their menu, ensuring the best quality from source to plate.

‘The MORE philosophy is to maintain the company as if it were family-run, whereby all the team members are considered part of the family. Honesty, hard work, integrity and a “never-give-up” attitude are the main ingredients which drive MORE Café’, said Marijke Lap, Managing Partner of MORE Cafe. ‘We’re looking forward to continuing this philosophy as we expand into Abu Dhabi. Many of our existing patrons are Abu Dhabi based, so we’re excited to be able to give them their very own MORE Café, as well as introduce new customers to the brand. We’re hoping that this is the first of many in the UAE’s capital.
