DCL organizes Mesk Al-Khitam program to honour creativity

Dubai Central Laboratory has recently organized a program titled ‘Misk Al-Khitam’ in order to acknowledge and honour creative employees as well who excelled in their jobs.

The program which was held in Mariott Hotel located in Al-Jaddaf, was attended by Eng. Salem Mesmar, Assistant Director General of Dubai Municipality, Eng. Hawwa Bastaki, Director, Dubai Central Laboratory and other top officials of civic body.

While inaugurating the program Eng. Salem Mismar said, Dubai Municipality is organizing such a function in line with the directives of HH. Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, Vice president, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai that focus on encouraging creativity among employees as well as honouring those who are excellent in their jobs.

He said, “Dubai Municipality has been keen on acknowledging employees’ creativity and applauding excellence.” He also praised DCL employees for their good performance which made the department one of the government organizations which are known for quality and competitiveness.

Eng. Hawwa Bastaki said Misk Al-Khitam is a unique program to honour employees on their achievements and to make them armed with courage, stubbornness and competitiveness to face challenges throughout the career in order to contribute in the overall development of the country.

During the program, DCL honoured best achiever, most productive employee, creative employee, best front-office employee and employee who registered highest number of suggestions. Honouring list also included employee who won in secret marketing evaluation and teams excelled in carrying out tasks. An interactive session which focused on basic points of visions of Dubai Municipality and DCL also followed honouring program.
