Etisalat launches SMB Festival with top deals for small businesses & startups

Etisalat’s SMB (small and medium-size businesses) festival has begun.

Opening yesterday, Sunday, May 6, the festival celebrates and offers support to small businesses and startups in the UAE that are driving innovation and increasing global competitiveness.

“Small and medium businesses are important contributors to the UAE’s economy today,” says Esam Mahmoud, Etisalat’s Acting Senior Vice President, Small and Medium Business. “With the digital evolution, these are set for further growth in the country.”

To help support and fuel this growth, Etisalat has joined with 13 strategic partners, including DMCC, VirtuZone and Sharaf DC to offer 23 exclusive offers during the festival.

Etisalat’s vision to help the region’s start-ups began back in February when it launched its Hello Business Hub. Partnering with VirtuZone, the Hub assists start-ups with all facets of starting a business, from company setup to registration, banking, insurance, office leasing and the installation of furniture and the latest telecom products and services. It’s estimated that the Hello Business Hub will help 100,000 new businesses set up shop in the UAE over the next three years.
