Ideal Standard completes installer training program

Ideal Standard, the world’s leader in bathroom design and manufacture, announced the completion of the company’s Installer Training Program.

The cross country roadshow which kicked off in Ras el Bar and included stops in Assiut, Hurghada, Alexandria and Cairo enabled installers to receive the latest training as well as demonstrations on Ideal Standard’s new products.

The company strives to share best practice knowledge through expert technical training and certification while stressing the highest quality standards.

Day long workshop for plumbers and separate workshops for engineers were conducted by Ideal Standard training managers. All training managers bring extensive experience in sanitary ware solutions and consultancy. Knowledge presented in the training session ensures that installers are up to date on the latest techniques and have the required expertise when performing installations. Recent topics included demonstrations and product reviews of fittings, jacuzzis and built in sisterns. After each session, attendees are also given the latest advanced equipment and tutorial aids.

Ideal Standard has conducted its annual Installer Training Program roadshow for the past several years to promote technical education in Egypt’s sanitary ware industry and ensure quality assurance. The company’s group of expert trainers provide topical advice in order to educate plumbers and engineers on precision installations. Such mistake free installations ultimately benefit both installers and end customers while increasing installers’ technical knowledge.
