Kuwait Finance House KFH has participated in the World Diabetes Day organized by Dasman Diabetes Institute as a strategic partner.

KFH’s participation comes as part of its social responsibility and its keenness to raise awareness about the dangers of this disease, especially that healthy society is closely linked with social and economic development.

World Diabetes Day’s activities were attended by a galaxy of doctors, specialists and experts not to mention Al-Salam Hospital.

It is worth noting that KFH has organized in tandem with this day an event in its headquarters in an attempt to allow the employees to undergo examinations, and receive medical consultations about this disease and its symptoms and ways of prevention.

KFH is considered to be the first Islamic institution worldwide to ink an international agreement with IDF to serve millions of diabetic patients.

In addition, KFH has sent during the past years a number of scholarships to international medical centers, such as Harvard University to be introduced to the recent developments and advances in diabetes treatment.
