Khalifa Fund & Chalhoub Group organize a training session on how to develop brand

Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development and Chalhoub Group organized a training session in Abu Dhabi on how to establish a brand name in the UAE.

About 50 entrepreneurs attended the training session from those who benefited from Khalifa Fund’s services. The training session included lectures from Chalhoub professional team on how to build and establish a brand in the Middle-East;

The lecturers from Chalhoub Group explained the key factors for the success of brands locally and internationally, and ways to sustain in a competitive market

In addition, the lecturers from Chalhoub Group explained that a strong brand and its recognition is crucial for companies. The customers will always be able to differentiate the products and services of from other companies, which allow in turn a company to resist to competition and to gain market share. The workshop also explained how to enhance customer experience and use excellent service as a point of differentiation.

The workshop showed case Tryano Shop which recently opened in Yas Mall under Chalhoub management. It talks about the effective management, building the brand, building the reputation as well as the importance of customer experience that affects the success of project.

The workshop was very effective and found great interest from the entrepreneurs funded by Khalifa Fund. At the end of the workshop, there was Q & A session that was a great opportunity for fruitful discussion.
