Mannai Heavy Equipment Division wins JCB Global Aftermarket Dealer Award

JCB, the world leader in construction machinery, recently hosted a regional dealers’ conference where it recognized Mannai Heavy Equipment Division (HED) as one of the top global performers as part of its international Goals 2013 programme.

Mr. Bahie Hassan, HED Parts Manager, represented Mannai HED at the dealer’s conference and accepted the award from JCB.

The aftermarket JCB Goals summit brought together the top dealers in the region to discuss targets set in 2013 and to plan ahead for the upcoming year.

Mr. Ian Hazlewood, General Manager – Sales and Marketing, at JCB, said, “The Goals programme is designed to incentivize customer relationship building: “As our customers become more demanding and competition ever fiercer, the importance of the Aftermarket Business has never been clearer. JCB recognises that in order to grow our global business we must surprise and delight our customers and that can only be achieved with the full participation and co-operation of our worldwide dealer network.”

JCB rewards its dealers through a league structure that is similar to a football league, with a premier league and championship league, featuring the top performing dealers from around the world. The Top 2 dealers from Premier League and Top 3 dealers from Championship league were recognized during the event. Mannai HED’s parts division finished at the top of the Championship leader board in 2013, recording the highest overall figures in five selection criteria.

Mr. Ziad Shuaib, Mannai HED Manager, said regarding the award: “We are proud to have registered the best performance in our global Goals 2013 league and will strive to maintain this position by continuing to amplify our marketing efforts and by building on our long-term relationships with Qatar’s leading construction and project companies.”

Mannai HED received the award for parts target achievements as a percentage change over the figures in 2012. The award also considered Service Penetration, Stock Order Efficiency, Off The Shelf Availability and Marketing Campaign Activity.
