Marvel returns to Middle East Comic Con

Comic fans rejoice. Marvel, the brand behind iconic superheroes Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Avengers and many more, is back, bigger and bolder for Middle East Film & Comic Con2014. For the first time ever in the Middle East, Marvel brings the Iron Man 3 augmented reality experience to fans, who can suit up as Iron Man and activate the suit’s functions in the virtual world.

And that’s not all. World-renowned Marvel illustrator Humberto Ramos will be hosting an intimate animation tutorial and master-class on the Marvel stand on Friday 4 April at 5:00pm. Plus legendary Marvel writer and talent Scout C.B.Cebulskiis in town to give his advice and guidance to budding illustrators and animators during meet-and-greet sessions.

For Comic Con visitors and superhero fans, there are many money-can’t-buy prizes up for grabs on the Marvel stand – including the highly coveted Wacom Cintiq HD tablets, as well as gaming consoles and more.

For the avid collector, there’s a chance to get your hands on limited edition collectable figurines from Hot Toys including “Rose Hill Tony Stark” and “Limited Edition War Machine II”.

Marvel is located at Stand #13at the Middle East Film & Comic Con, the only consumer event for fans of cult entertainment and popular culture in the Middle East. The show runs from Thursday 3 April until Saturday 5 April at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Dubai World Trade Centre.
