Monte Carlo Stars kicks off ‘Back to School’ campaign

August 28, 2014 11:17 am

Monte Carlo Stars (MCS), one of the most innovative dining destinations in Dubai Marina, has launched a ‘Back to School’ campaign targeting students of UAE schools.

This campaign offers discounts to student groups visiting the restaurant, giving incentives for regular visitors.

The innovative Back to School campaign of MCS comes on the heels of another recent initiative that allows housewives to submit their recipes to the restaurant chef, to be included in the main menu in a dedicated ‘Home Cooking’ section.

MCS had earlier rolled out a students’ campaign to mark the restaurant’s inauguration.

Commenting on this initiative targeting the UAE student community, Ibrahim Al Sheikh, General Manager, Monte Carlo Stars, said: “We look at all segments of visitors and then single out those who make more frequent visits. We observed that the turnout of students was very good, probably coming from the numerous schools, colleges as well as universities located 15 to 20 minutes away from the restaurant. The student visits continued to be frequent even during summer and we decided to reward them with attractive discounts.”

Dubai Marina has several schools in the vicinity, such as Wellington International School, Emirates International School, Dubai British School, Regent International School, Dubai International Academy and Dubai College, among others not to mention its close proximity to the variety of universities based in Dubai Knowledge Village.

“People appreciate the wide dining options we offer at MCS. We have created a menu to cater to the tastes of Dubai’s multi-national community. We are also keen to diversify our discounts offers for other segments in future,” said Al Sheikh.

The restaurant includes a leisure area. Serving high-quality, affordable food in a casual and inviting atmosphere, Monte Carlo Stars provides every guest with an unforgettable fun experience. “We look to entirely cater to the needs of each member of the family from enjoying a game, tasting a nice meal. These unique experiences are just a step away from a unique shopping environment and backed with a complete surroundings dedicated to kids with clowns, playroom supervisors, educational programs, paintings, games, music, TV’s and cartoons. With child friendly settings, kids are one of our major focus,” said Al Sheikh.

“We design our restaurant with our unique tables (modified cars), special chairs (such as ski lift, parachute & horse saddle), and our collection of unique posters hand signed by our famous celebrity guests,” added Al Sheikh

MCS has unveiled an attractive offer allowing students to gain loyalty points that are redeemable for free meals at the restaurant following several visits. This strategy has been successful as larger groups started to draw with overwhelming response. According to MCS, this will continue until the end of 2014.
