Under the auspices of His Highness Sayyid Mohammed bin Salim Al Said, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Naqsh Gallery will hold their first ‘Love Oman’ event on February 5th at Love at First Bite Lounge in Shatti Al Qurum. In cooperation with the Omani Society of Fine Arts, the event will showcase and celebrate Omani culture through the eyes of talented artists and demonstrate Naqsh’s appreciation to Omani art and heritage.

On display is a collection of premium fine arts by Naqsh Gallery, which depicts the land of Oman and explores the union of its fascinating traditions with the aesthetic perspective of Naqsh Gallery through the eyes of Areej Rajab, Mohsen Ghareeb and Aymen Jaffer, with the participation of five other artists from the Omani Society of Fine Arts. Mohamed Maskati, President of Naqsh Gallery, says, “Through Love Oman, we hope to promote cultural exchange and foster the growth of more partnerships in the arts between Bahrain and Oman. ”

Naqsh’s fine art is inspired by the region’s rich tradition. The pieces are beautifully rendered with calligraphy, Islamic motifs and ornaments, and showcase the ethnic artistic style of the artist behind it.
