Oman shuts down health facilities over violations

Oman’s health ministry has closed down three health institutions in Dakhliyah and revokes licences of 187 establishments for non-completion of licensing procedures, Muscat Daily has reported. The violations included failure to renew licences, lack of hygiene, use of outdated medical equipment, lack of female nurses, unlicensed drugs and issuing false medical certificates for leaves, said the ministry.
