Deyaar Development PJSC, a leading UAE property development and real estate services company, announced that, for the first time, it will offer visitors exclusive deals on two of their development properties at Cityscape Global, to be held September 11 to 13.

Take your pick

Midtown by Deyaar, the integrated urban community located in Dubai Production City, will be available exclusively to Cityscape visitors, with a special payment plan offering ten per cent down-payment and 90 per cent payment on handover, with the option for an extended payment plan that goes three years beyond the handover date. Prices for Midtown apartments start at AED480,000.

Deyaar says that buyers of units within the contemporary service apartment building, The Atria, located in Business Bay, will see guaranteed 21 per cent returns in the first three years. The company will cover the four per cent registration fee and, additionally, investors will receive a complementary two-night stay in the luxury iconic hotel, Burj Al Arab.

More on show

Deyaar will showcase properties located in some prime Dubai areas, such as Business Bay, Al Barsha South, Dubai Production City and others.

Nasser Amer, Sales Vice President, Deyaar, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer visitors exclusive deals when purchasing property from us at this year’s event. The Atria and Midtown by Deyaar are two superb projects that are designed to meet the requirements of today’s homeowners and investors, with superb design and impeccable execution.”
