According to a study by Cisco Systems Inc., more businesses in the Middle East region are using video as a means of communication, Jordan Times has reported. The study said the majority of next-generation executives intend to depend on video communication to improve relationships with their teams, colleagues and suppliers around the world, as well as to improve their products and services. Over four in 10 young leaders in the region, or 44%, agree that adopting video communication would make them a more effective leader by broadening their reach, it said. “More and more organisations, whether in Jordan or the Middle East, use video as a means of communication nowadays, and in the near future, the number of organisations is expected to rise significantly,” Wael Abdulal, Cisco collaboration manager, told the daily.
