Mobily’s CEO receives the President of China Telecom Group

As part of the business cooperation between Mobily and China Telecom Group, a meeting was held yesterday in the headquarter office of Mobily in Riyadh between Engr. Khalid Al Kaf, the CEO of Mobiy and Mr. yang Jie, President of China Telecom Group. Both and their delegates discussed different means to strengthen the collaboration between both leading operators in various domains.

The negotiations between the two parties were focused on present cooperation aspects and in future, particularly on matters of communication, information technology, cloud computing, smart cities and FTTH services.

Engineer Al Kaf confirmed that Mobily has become today enjoying a highly sophisticated and reliable infrastructure which is the real key to the success of partnerships with other major international companies that preferred to invest in the region as well as enabling various services that will enrich the customer experience.

Engineer Al Kaf added that keeping pace with the rapid developments taking place in the telecomm sector made it imperative for companies seeking to maintain their growth, and certainly the development and innovation of new products and services, as well as looking for new investment opportunities to support its medium and long-term targets, which is one of the main key factors to maintain growth.

Engineer Al Kaf pointed out that the cooperation between Mobily and China Telecom will support the direct vision of each party towards investment opportunities that achieve attractive returns.

Mobily and China Telecom Group are both joined by an existing cooperation through its affiliate CSC Chinese company who participated in executing fiber optic network.
