WhatsApp has suffered a massive service disruption on Wednesday, with users facing prolonged delays in sending and receiving messages, the Daily Mail has reported. The disruption came just one day after the company said that it had handled 64 billion incoming and outgoing messages in a span of 24 hours. It was the second such disruption after WhatsApp was bought over by networking giant Facebook for $19bn.
