Dohwa Engineering submits lowest bid for Oman railway PMC package

Oman has received bids from three international engineering and consulting companies for the project management consultancy (PMC) contract of the country’s national railway project, Muscat Daily has reported. The lowest offer was made by Dohwa Engineering Co at OR106.8m, while the second lowest bid was quoted by Tecnicas Reunidas at OR165.08m. Once appointed, the PMC firm will provide overall project management consultancy services for the railway project, including the review of the design of the railway network and the contract process.
