Folic Automotive scores high in Ford Middle East’s Regional Service Excellence Challenge

Folic Automotive, the Ford and Lincoln importer-dealer in Lebanon and a member of Tewtel Group of companies, emerged a winner as it competed in Ford Middle East’s recent Service Excellence World Cup, securing the title for Best Service Advisor as well as coming in runner-up for Best Technician in a tough challenge that brought together some of the best talents from Ford dealerships around the region.

“The Service Excellence competition is a great opportunity not only to get our dealer after-sales teams to compete for the title, but also to ensure they all have the best skills in the industry across the Middle East,” said Chris Noel, Ford Middle East’s director of Customer Service.

“We congratulate the Folic Automotive team for this outstanding achievement, as they came in with flying colours only in the second year of being in the business. They have done a great job and stood out among the region’s top contestants thanks to their commitment to providing some of the highest levels of after-sales services in the region. We commend them for demonstrating their expertise and skills acquired through the Ford Motor Company certification programme.

The Ford Service Excellence Cup is an incentive to help sharpen the skills of service advisors, technicians as well as parts counter clerks and help them better serve their customers and achieve higher levels of satisfaction.

And taking part in this regional challenge is quite challenging, where all participants must be certified through the Ford Motor Company Certification programme and go through a series of internal challenges where only the best would be chosen to represent their dealership in the regional finals. Regional finalists initially would demonstrate their skills at the dealership level, and advance to the regional contest to compete among the best of the Ford dealerships in the Middle East.
