Mannai Auto confirms 167 per cent year on year retail growth Jan-April for Cadillac in Qatar

Mannai Auto Group, official agents for Cadillac in Qatar, have announced record growth of 167% in the retail consumer segment from January to April 2015, against year-on-year sales figures from 2014, according to Mr. Mohammed Helmy, Group General Manager, Mannai Auto.

This is accompanied by healthy double-digit fleet sales and combined sales growth of 138%.

Mr. Helmy said, “The retail consumer segment has been bolstered by greater brand affinity driven by an expanding product portfolio featuring dramatic design and technology. Launches of the all-new Cadillac Escalade and ATS Coupe have helped to boost sales over the last year, while the CTS sedan continues to be a top marque alongside the Escalade in Qatar. We are especially proud to be one of the biggest growth markets in the region for Cadillac having registered triple digit growth in the first 4 months of the year.”

According to the company, the strong growth Cadillac has experienced lately stems from a change in people’s attitude towards luxury vehicles, with customers wanting something different that sets them apart.

Cadillac’s portfolio in Qatar features award-winning passenger cars ATS, CTS and XTS as well as the SRX crossover and Escalade SUV. Cadillac also offers customers a high-level aftersales service experience through the Premium Care Program.

Mannai Auto was recently recognized by General Motors Middle East for its implementation of the Cadillac Premium Care Plus program, a continually evolving set of standards designed by Cadillac Middle East in consultation with regional dealer partners to elevate the experience of premium customers during their service visits.

The Cadillac Premium Care Plus program includes Service and Maintenance for 4 Years/ 100,000; Warranty for 4 Years/ 100,000; Regional Roadside Assistance for 4 Years; Courtesy Transportation; Airport pick up and drop.

Mannai Auto also recently won another in a series of Grandmasters awards from General Motors, which recognizes exceptional sales and after-sales customer satisfaction by going beyond the sales process and delivering a holistic experience to customers.
