Air Charter Service, a leading provider of aircraft charters, has announced that Andrew Summers has been appointed the new Managing Director of the company’s Middle East operation, headquartered in Dubai.

Summers has been with ACS since 2006 and Ruan Courtney, ACS’s Group Managing Director, believes that he is the right choice to lead the company forward in the Middle East: “Andrew has not only been a manager of our private jets team in London, but as a fluent Russian speaker he has also played a key role in growing ACS’s Russian and Kazakh offices. Furthermore he’s worked with many European and Middle Eastern clients, so we are confident he will be able to continue our good work in the region”.

Summers added: “I’m relishing the opportunity to continue ACS’s growth in the region. Whilst we have an established presence here for eight years, we still see this market as one with a massive amount of further potential for all three of our divisions: cargo, group charter and private charter, and I will be looking for the team to capitalise on this.”
