The Lebanese Civil Aviation Authority has said Rafic Hariri International Airport has reported a 14% drop in the number of passengers in March 2014, Kuna has reported. The number of passengers during the month was 430,969 less than the same period of 2013, while the number of commercial flights dropped 9% to 4,376, the authority said. Officials, however, said that traffic at the airport will improve this month over the Easter Holidays, since many westerners tend to spend their holidays in Lebanon.
