Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort and Hilton Taba Resort & Nelson Village both celebrated sharing one of the most prestigious Hilton Worldwide accolades: the Connie Award, named in honour of company founder Conrad Hilton.

At a recent high-profile gathering of over 350 hotel general managers from Hilton Worldwide’s Europe, Middle East & Africa region, the two hotel leaders from Egypt were called to the stage to collect their individual recognitions, despite intense competition for the coveted prize. There was little between the high standards and guest service at the Sharm and Taba hotels as they tied in demonstrating their impressive credentials for company judges.

“As one of the world’s leading hospitality providers, one of our main drivers is pushing the limits that define quality hospitality services. As such, we are keen to keep the spirit of friendly competitiveness alive among our hotels; through a number of active programs designed to reward the ‘best of the best.'” said Christian Muhr, vice president of operations for Hilton Worldwide, Egypt & Levant. “I am personally delighted that Egypt has secured two recognitions in one of our most sought-after company award campaigns.”
