She joined Mövenpick Hotel Apartments The Square in Dubai as Human Resources Manager, where she was fully responsible to drive the complete spectrum of her function in human resources.

Basing on her journey with the brand, she was considered to handle a challenging role as the Human Resources Manager of Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai.

In her new role, Javeria will be responsible for handling the HR operations for almost 320 associates with her team and will be expected to align the hotel’s HR strategy with the overall business strategy for upcoming business challenges. She is expected to enhance HR services to associates and drive the learning and development function of the hotel as well.
