Two more European countries lift travel warnings on Sharm El-Sheikh

Egypt’s tourism ministry has announced France and Spain have eased their warnings against travel to the resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh, Ahram has reported. The improving security situation in Egypt has seen four other European countries lift their travel restrictions on south Sinai in recent weeks. Tourists visiting Egypt in June declined 20.5%, compared with the same period the previous year, according to the latest report by the ministry.
