On the other hand, the number of Russian tourists to Dubai in particular and to the UAE in general is expected to soar by 15 to 20 per cent this year to a total ranging between 860,000  – 900,000 tourists compared with 750,000 who visited Dubai  last year, reveal managers of UAE travel and tourism companies, Albayan reports.

They pointed out that Dubai has become during the past few years, the preferred destination in the region for the Russians in particular and for the Commonwealth of Independent States in general, because it is the most secure and stable destination in the region at the current time.
